Since summer of 2022, I have been running a another peer group for mid-career professionals, Tech Leads' Coaching Circle. It provided a safe and non-judgmental space for members to share ideas, give and receive feedback, and support each other's professional growth. As a result, members reported qualitative improvements in their thinking and professional abilities and a sense of camaraderie and community that is often difficult to find in the workplace. Since then many leaders reached out with the request to create a peer group for senior leaders.
